Responsibilities

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that support our brand and customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing attractive and user-friendly graphic elements for our website, including banners, product images, collection visuals, and promotional sections.
• Creating marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, online advertisements, and other digital channels.
• Enhancing the customer journey through thoughtful designs that strengthen the Rose & Mea Charleston brand.
• Working closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and turn them into visual content that resonates with our audience.
• Ensuring consistency across all brand visuals, including colors, typography, layout, and overall style.
• Creating designs that feel elegant, trustworthy, feminine, and aligned with our boutique identity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment.
• Strong skills with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other relevant software.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, layout, branding, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• A portfolio with examples of previous design projects.
